Quality management

Our goal is to create outstanding products that not only fully meet the existing requirements, needs, and wishes of our customers, but also inspire them!

Thanks to our certified and integrated quality management system, we fulfill all aspects of a modern management system. This applies both to the management of the company using structured and optimized processes and to the continuous improvement of the organization through the use of clear roles, responsibilities, rules, and procedures.

For us, quality stands for innovation, high performance, and precision!

Using state-of-the-art quality techniques and methods such as APQP and maturity assessment, projects can be effectively planned and implemented together with our partners right from the start.

Simulation techniques such as FEM calculations, statistical test planning (DoE, ANOVA, Taguchi), Poka Yoke principles, and capability studies (cmk, ppk, cpk) are also used in the product development process. Extensive technical equipment allows us to perform comprehensive dimensional and magnetic tests as well as product validations in the laboratory areas of environmental simulation, life cycle testing, and technical cleanliness.

Practised sustainability

Social responsibility is deeply rooted in our corporate culture. We are aware of the role we play as one of the region's most important employers. That is why, under the banner of sustainability, we are also assuming responsibility for an economical development. That includes a social commitment in our region, fostering young talents by providing training that offers real perspectives and the active participation in a fair meritocracy. In addition, environment-friendly resource efficiency plays a key role in all of our processes – from development to production and delivery. In short: We are committed to acting sustainably.

Traditionally magnetic

What started 60 years ago with the gutsy decision of founders Peter Simon and Herbert Braun has developed into into an entrepreneurial and technological success story. The driving force remains the same. MS-Schramberg is dedicated to one of physics' most exciting and fascinating phenomenons: magnetism. We are looking back on a magnetic company history that has spanned half a century.
